The Modular and Pre-Engineered Design Process
The Design Overview:
- We work hand-in-hand with our customers to choose the design that best fits their needs for space, functionality and aesthetics.
- Our engineering team custom designs the building to meet local requirements, fit the environment, maximize space and functionality, and most importantly meet the customers needs.
- We assign a Project Manager for the duration of the project who is responsible for working with the customer and the design engineering staff to complete the project in the time and budget specified.
The Building Design Criteria:
- Space and Functionality: Diné understands the building must be designing for maximum functionally within budget.
- Aesthetics: Diné has the ability to use a variety of exterior finishes to ensure that your new buildings will blend in with existing structures or fit with regional architectural styles.
- Timing: Every building Diné produces is custom designed to meet the end user’s unique needs. Our off-site construction methods assist with meeting the tightest schedules.
Project Management:
- The single point interface with the customer and the manufacturer.
- The Project Manager (PM) is supported by a full Project Team consisting of three professional disciplines:
- Design Engineering
- Manufacturing/Production
- Logistics and Site Development
- We utilize in-house professionals to meet all disciplines and assigns individuals based on their experience in relation to the needs of the specific project. We employ a unique internal scheduling methodology to maximize the timing and cross-functional activities. All of our work is buttressed thorough quality control at every stage in the process.
- Quality control is critical to any construction process. For a large scale project, Diné utilizes a four-process Quality Control System to ensure proper building design and construction at every phase.
